ICOM STORAGE’s annual meetings usually last 3 to 5 days and may include a post-conference tour.
Our aim is to feature visits to storage facilities and museums, as well as sessions where local colleagues and ICOM STORAGE members present papers related to the conference theme.
Some conferences might include workshops where participants can examine storage projects, practices, or solutions in depth. Pertinent challenges of local or regional interest are addressed, and ICOM STORAGE members contribute to finding practical solutions while exchanging professional knowledge with local colleagues and museum professionals.
